Christmas Ninja

Santa has been doing this presents thing for a long time. But I think I’ve figured it out. I’ve finally figured out how to take him down. I have the secret plot that no one has tried yet: AN INSIDE JOB. The cookies are to attract him. The chimney is so he has a way into my trap. And when he’s so full of jolly that he can barely stay standing, he’s gonna be laying out those presents under the tree, except yep, THAT TREE IS ME! WHAT A TWIST! DID YOU SEE THAT ONE COMING? M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN STYLE!

Santa may know if I’ve been naughty, he may know if I’ve been nice, but I promise you, he won’t see this until it’s too late. And the goal? My dastardly endgame? Why to shake his hand, obviously. To thank him in person for all the awesome gifts I’ve gotten over the years. Why, what did you think I was going to do?

Tonight you will be visited by three ghosts: The Ghost of Christmas Sucks, the Ghost of Boring Boredom, and the Ghost of Who Cares. And P.S.? ALL THOSE GHOSTS ARE ME! BAH HUMBUG.

Christmas has always been bad for me. When I was a kitten, I remember getting in trouble for climbing the Christmas tree. YOU GUYS IT’S A TREE, WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING WITH IT? And everyone is always taking the wrapping paper off of those little boxes and things, but I get in trouble when I try to help. YOU GUYS IF YOU’RE TRYING TO OPEN THESE PRESENT THINGS, DON’T USE YOUR FLESHY HUMAN HANDS, LET THE GUY WITH THE CLAWS HELP, OKAY?

And do you always have to dress me up in these silly costumes? I’m not a doll you know I—wait… does this box have my name on it? Is this present for me? Oh! You shouldn’t have. Can I… Can I open it now? Rustle-rustle-rabble-rabble-tear-tear. OMG! A new play-toy! It looks like a mouse but it’s not! SQUEE! Gosh, this present is so great, you guys, xmas is so great, you guys. Wait, what was I talking about?

Ninja Cat has been training to be a ninja cat since he was known as Ninja Kitty. Oh that’s so cute!! –NO! DO NOT LET HIS CUTENESS FOOL YOU! Below that soft and cuddly exterior is a cold-blooded scratching machine. He is Ninja Cat! You must always be looking for him! But by the time you see him? IT’S ALREADY TOO LATE. NINJA CAT!

Some of you probably think Ninja Cat is just a myth. A legend. A story that old dogs tell to scare their puppies around the food bowl. Well, I’m here to tell you that he’s not. NINJA CAT IS REAL.
